Job Description

As the Cluster Reservations Manager , you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the reservations team to ensure exceptional service delivery and optimize occupancy rates. Key responsibilities will include :

• Overseeing reservations operations, including booking processes, group reservations, and room allocation
• Ensuring guest inquiries and bookings are handled efficiently and courteously
• Analysing occupancy trends and collaborating with revenue management to maximize room revenue
• Training, mentoring, and managing the reservations team to achieve performance goals
• Liaising with front office and sales departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Assisting with VIP and special request arrangements
• Maintaining accurate records of guest preferences and booking details
• Prospecting and converting group leads for the business and ensuring group room night budgets are met
• Increase conversion on group leads and business base for the hotels

You will demonstrate a proactive approach to service and an ability to foster an engaging and positive team environment.
