As an Assistant Manager or Shift Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the restaurant, ensuring that our operational standards, customer experience, and team culture are of the highest quality.

• Responsibilities
• Lead daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Serve as a role model for Carl's Jr. values and cultural standards
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service at all times
• Actively listen to customer feedback and work to resolve any issues promptly
• Train, develop, and cross-train team members, shift leaders, and assistant managers
• Manage rostering, shift changes, and team meetings
• Monitor P&L performance, guest satisfaction, inventory, labor control, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Execute marketing campaigns and foster community engagement through local marketing activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of both our team members and customers
