This isn't a desk job.
You'll be out in the community, creating moments that matter — whether that's a nature walk, gym session, footy match, cooking day, or just being there on the tough days.
The work is flexible, meaningful, and different every week.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing 1 : 1 mentoring to NDIS participants of all ages
Supporting people to grow their confidence, life skills, and community connection
Planning and attending fun, active, or purpose-driven outings
Building consistent, trusting relationships
Writing simple shift notes that reflect the impact you're making
What We're Looking For
A genuine, grounded human who can build real rapport
Great communicator who can hold space, not just make small talk
Flexible availability (weekdays and / or weekends)
Full driver's licence and access to a reliable car
Current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to get them)
First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
