Lifestyle Coordinator

The Role _

As a member of facility leadership team, the Resident Engagement & Wellbeing Coordinator is responsible for a team of Lifestyle Assistants who work closely with members of the clinical, administration, allied health, volunteer, and hospitality teams to encourage and enable individual residents to remain independent and to participate in a wide variety of meaningful activities that supports their needs, wishes and interest, while promoting their quality of life

The ability to "think on your feet", communicate, with, build rapport and maintain professional relationships with residents and lead others is essential, as is the desire to making the most of the personal and professional development opportunities we offer.
