- About the role
This role is part of ALPA's Community Development Program (CDP).
In this role will develop and coordinate meaningful and engaging activities for CDP participants to improve quality of life and facilitate their mutual obligations.
Your practical skills in sewing, art and crafts, gardening, carpentry, construction etc. paired with your people skills will allow you to work with and further develop the local team members, providing empowerment and upskilling opportunities.
