Job descriptionPersonal care Light household cleaning Social support Community access (transport support) Your Skills and Experience A genuine passion to work alongside participants and to make a positive and lasting difference in their lives Professional or lived experience of the NDIS and / or Aged Care sectors Experience of complex behaviours and behaviour support methods (a bonus - not a requirement) Excellent communication skills, commitment to a person-centred focus and flexibility to support needs based on individual circumstances A sense of humour (another bonus - not a requirement) Resilience and compassion NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check Qualification in Disability, Aged Care or related field preferred Current First Aid certificate Current CPR certificate Current Drivers Licence & access to a reliable vehicle The right to work in Australia Responding to this ad Job Type Casual Salary From $35.00 per hour Benefits Gym membership Overtime pay
