Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS4 Support Officer on a contract for 12 months.

  • Position Overview
  • Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

  • Assisting with the coordination of parliamentary processes including Agency's appearances at senate estimates, committee hearings and Questions on Notice.
  • Managing a shared mailbox including allocating tasks.
  • Coordinating and tracking Questions on Notice and senate briefs using Parliamentary Document Management System (PDMS).
  • Tracking parliamentary processes and committee hearings.
  • Drafting reports and coordination requests
