Assistant Broker / Account Executive

DRD Group are looking for Assistant Broker / Account Executives for a National Insurance provider. You will support busy broking teams in day to day activities.

In this role you will :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and analysis to recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Coordinate policy renewals, conduct coverage reviews, and advise clients on adjustments to their insurance portfolios.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers to secure the most favorable coverage for clients.
• Assist clients in navigating the claims process, advocating on their behalf with insurance carriers.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures in all client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues in underwriting, claims, and other departments to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions.
