DPA Property Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in communication and organisation, ready to support the Property Manager in maintaining and overseeing our commercial portfolio. - Your main responsibilities will include
- Administrative Support
- Provide essential administrative assistance for managing a portfolio of office buildings and a few residential properties.
- Property Inspections
- Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
- Communication Management
- Handle telephone inquiries, manage the property inbox and liaise with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintenance Coordination
- Schedule inspections, coordinate property maintenance and work with subcontractors.
- Lease and Billing Assistance
- Help manage leases, handle billing tasks and send entry notices.
- Stakeholder Liaison
- Act as the main point of contact for all inquiries and maintain clear, transparent communication.
- Key Attributes and Qualifications for Success
- Sales / Agent Certification or Real Estate License (not mandatory but desired).
- Current Driver's License.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in property management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Committed to delivering 5-star customer service.
- Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving the best outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

- Working Hours
This is a part-time position with 20 hours per week, typically spread across a Monday to Friday schedule.
