About The Role

We are currently looking for a Junior Property Manager to join our close-knit team that treats each other like family.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Maintain strong communication with tenants, strata managers and tradesmenConduct routine, in-going and out-going inspectionsManage repairs, maintenanceParticipate in team training and developmentConduct open home inspectionsProcess new tenant applications and manage tenant selectionPrepare and advertise properties onlineHandle rental enquiries

Skills And Experience

MUST reside in and hold full working rights in Australia.

Ideally 1- 2 years of experienceCertificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is requiredMust have your own vehicle and current Driver's LicenceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGreat organisation skillsPossess a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learnProperty Tree knowledge will be advantageous
