About the Role

Review health and safety and WorkCover cases prior to or post being heard in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission and cases under review by the Regulator.

Consult on escalated and complex case matters with the Director, Health Safety & Wellbeing and the Manager Safety Operations, the Health Safety & Wellbeing team, legal services, clinical information access and right to information

Provide legislative analysis and governance briefings to the Director, Health Safety & Wellbeing and the Manager Safety Operations regarding legislative changes and human resources governance and compliance practices
