Marketing Coordinator

Worrells is seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Perth office. This is a hands-on role supporting our Principals across all aspects of marketing and business development, with a strong focus on event coordination and CRM management.

About the role : As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence and client engagement. You'll work closely with the Principals and national marketing team to ensure timely execution of campaigns, events, and stakeholder communications.

Key responsibilities : Coordinate seminars, workshops, and in-house events, including venue liaison, RSVP tracking, and preparation of collateral. Manage and update the firm's CRM (Sugar) database, including data integrity, reporting, and segmentation. Administer Cvent event registrations, reporting, and post-event communications including CPD certificates. Maintain marketing calendars, monitor email inboxes, and action marketing-related requests from the team. Support ongoing marketing campaigns and business development initiatives in line with firm objectives. What we're looking for : Previous experience in a marketing or events coordination role. Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably Sugar) and event management systems (Cvent desirable). Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. Confidence managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint essential) Why join us? Worrells is a nationally respected insolvency firm.
