- Your purpose
As our Marketing Coordinator you will work closely with all members of the marketing team to coordinate and plan activities across all elements of the marketing spectrum to ensure we deliver on all marketing objectives on time and to a high standard. You will be directly responsible for executing the brand awareness and many of the product demand generation activities including but not limited to; advertising, promotions and sponsorships. You will have a sound understanding and knowledge of marketing techniques, policies and principles, including a thorough understanding of social media and monitoring tools. This role will give you the opportunity to work closely with executives and the sales team to support the development of internal and external presentations, proposals and documents.
- Role responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Be responsible for, and report on, marketing, campaign and channel management outcomes and insights
- Lead brand activities across the CV Check suite of products through effective stakeholder management, external agency and supplier relationships (creative, design, website / digital, production)
- Maintain a master inventory list of all CV Check branded collateral - including templates and branding guidelines
- Develop, implement and monitor above and below the line marketing campaigns to deliver on corporate objectives and customer focused outcomes
- Develop employee and customer communications through marketing channels (e.g. eDMs, newsletters etc)
- Manage online content via CMS including product pages, campaign pages, news, blogs and social media
- Manage the intranet including internal and external stakeholder communication and ensuring all brand tools are up to date
- Working closely with the executive and sales teams to support the development of internal and external presentations, proposals and documents
- Prepare and coordinate briefs for external agencies

- About you
- Qualifications in marketing, communications or related field
- Experience with content management systems such as Salesforce and WordPress
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Studio and Google Analytics is desirable
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc)
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Enthusiastic and a creative thinker willing to bring innovation to day-to-day tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to write and post organic social media content
- Ability to work within a fast-growing environment and be able to adapt to change easily
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience within the hospitality / tourism / events industry is advantageous
