• Key Responsibilities
• Oversee our podcast, which has surpassed
• 500K downloads
• along with managing community sessions and social media accounts.
• Proactively collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment on promotional and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits of internal processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and implement solutions.
• Maintain a centralized marketing calendar, ensuring all team members are informed and projects run smoothly.
• Schedule and manage podcast recordings, episode releases, and social media posts while coordinating with podcast guests and students, following established SOPs.
• Ensure quality control by proofreading marketing copy, verifying time zone accuracy, and rigorously testing all links.
• Participate in live sessions and school-organized student events, fostering community engagement.

• Experience in podcast production, social media management, and / or marketing coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and a knack for maintaining organized workflows.
