Are you a talented and driven individual with a passion for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions? We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating ServiceNow enhancements that deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Snapshot of duties / areas of expertise :

• Gathering and Translating Business Requirements : Work closely with stakeholders, including developers, requestors, and business owners, to gather and understand their business needs. Translate these requirements into actionable technical enhancements that drive customer value.
• ServiceNow Enhancements : Take charge of small to moderate enhancements of existing functionality, create or amend standard request items and workflows, and implement new ServiceNow features. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing ServiceNow to meet evolving business demands.
• Autonomous and Collaborative Work : Showcase your ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful outcomes. At the same time, thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing to collective success and knowledge sharing.
