Your expertise will be key in handling : Business sales and acquisitionsCommercial leasingProperty structuring and developmentContract drafting and negotiationsSubdivision and settlement processesTo succeed in this role, you will bring a minimum of 5 years' post-admission experience in property law, with a strong background in commercial property transactions.

Ideally, you'll have a genuine connection to the land and an understanding of the unique needs and nuances of clients operating in this space.

You will demonstrate exceptional client management and negotiation skills, along with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment is essential.
