Service Technician

About the Role

We are hiring Service Technicians (Workshop or Field Service) for our client, a trusted leader in the agricultural and construction machinery industry. They sell, service, and support machinery from well-known manufacturers and are seeking someone who can diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service equipment.

What You'll Be Doing Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining agricultural and / or heavy machineryWorkshop or field-based service depending on your experience and preferenceCompleting service reports, part orders and documentation accuratelyMaintaining your tools, equipment and (if applicable) service vehicleFollowing all safety protocols and working as part of a close-knit teamWhat You'll Need Trade qualified (e.g. Cert III in Heavy Diesel Fitting, Mobile Plant, Ag Machinery or similar)Strong mechanical aptitude; hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills valuedExperience in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products, including engine overhauls and major repairs - Open to newly qualified or less experienced techsField Techs : valid driver's licence (MR or higher preferred)Why Join the Team $40–$50 / hour depending on experience (with minimal overtime, but paid when required)Up to $6,000 p.a. team incentive after probationChinchilla, QLD - Relocation Welcome | Open to applicants from other locations -30+ branches to find your perfect fit!Permanent position with stable hours (Mon–Fri, 40 hrs / week)Supportive team culture and ongoing training opportunitiesAbout RWM Group
