As the ANZ Communications Lead, you will lead the company's ANZ communications team and drive the internal and external reputation with key stakeholders.
You will work across Australia & New Zealand with a team of high-performing individuals to build the company's corporate reputation, communicate key initiatives being undertaken across ANZ, and engage employees through internal communication and engagement activities. You will demonstrate proficiency in leveraging various channels to execute communications objectives, including media, social media, and select digital platforms.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong track record in leading a communications team and designing and implementing a cohesive communications strategy to advance the company's reputation and objectives. You will have a natural tact for storytelling and a proven ability to translate complex information into content that resonates with diverse internal and external audiences.
A key enabler of success in this role will be the ability to build a more robust network of relationships with external stakeholders and develop key relationships across the business to identify and execute communications initiatives.
