About The Role

We are looking for experienced carers to join our team on a casual basis, working with NDIS participants & ageing clients in Brunswick for a minimum of 15-20 hours a fortnight.

The client is a long-term client of Homewell who is now requiring 24 / 7 support. As a result, there are inactive overnights (sleepovers), weekends and public holidays available in this role.

Some Of Your Tasks Will Include

Assisting clients / participants with daily living activities (including personal care) Providing companionship and emotional support Promoting independent living Providing transport and community access Provide domestic assistance as needed

About You

We are seeking caring, friendly, compassionate, people-focused individuals with strong communication skills who want a career that truly makes a difference in the lives of others. You will also have :

Cert III or IV in Disability (required) Medication trained (desirable) Experience with complex supports Understanding of professional boundaries within the support work scope NDIS Worker Screening Check CPR and First Aid certifications Your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance and a Victorian Driver Licence
