Varsity are currently hiring full-time Kitchen Managers / Assistant Kitchen Managers / Sous Chef / Head Chef / Chef De Partie across our nine venues in Perth!

Yours Roles And Responsibilities

• Controlling and managing the general operation of the kitchen.
• Monitoring overall staffing costs and working closely with the Operations Manager to control COG's, including but not limited to conducting and / or supervising the ordering process.
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of kitchen staff.
• Maintain a positive team culture with a strong pool of talent within your crew.
• Managing general maintenance of the kitchen and the back of house areas.
• Preparing and cooking high quality food using locally sourced ingredients.
• Training team members on food preparation techniques, maintaining quality and whilst ensuring a high level of hygiene and food safety compliance.
• Enforce company policies, staff policies, and service standards.

Salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000
