85,000 inclusive of super

Location : Great CBD location

Working model : Hybrid

Launch are working with a well known not for profit supporting people across Victoria when they need it the most. The role will focus on data analysis but also supporting with contract and vendor management.

Contract Management

Identify and support the management for all contracts, to ensure deliverables and outcomes associated with each contract are met and any issues are addressed or escalated.

Maintain register of all contracts including key milestones, risk management and payments;

Support appropriate and timely contracts renewals where it makes organisational and commercial sense to continue a relationships;

Analyse data and identify trends and formulate solutions

Assist with the preparation of data reports on progress and performance

Support developing service level and contract performance measures using the data provided

Oversee management of risk management processes and procedures for IT / technology providers including risk mitigation, monitoring and reporting.

Liaise with the Risk Manager to actively identify, monitor and manage areas of risk.

Required skills

Strong organisation skills

Experience dealing with vender

Ability to analyse data and identify trends and formulate solutions

Proficient at Excel and developing graphs / charts

Good written and verbal skills

Proficient in power BI
