Your primary responsibilities will be :

• Work with the team to deliver an exceptional experience and service
• Overall event schedule and organisation
• Assist in the planning of new services
• Plan & run adhoc events
• Arrange company partnerships

Key Skills & Experience :

• Event Management or Executive Assistant experience, preferably involving business owners, CEO’s and leaders
• High attention to detail
• Skilled multitasker
• Ability to work autonomously
• An analytical mind, very decisive & administrational expert - this role requires much organisation
• A people person who is eager to learn more about others
