Commercial & Insolvency Litigation Senior Associate / Special Counsel

About the role :

Regularly appear in the Supreme Court Magistrates Court and ACAT acting for clients across a range of industries.

Whilst the majority of the work will involve commercial and insolvency litigation you will also have the opportunity to work on construction and engineering disputes.

Run files endtoend with support (if required) from experienced partners and senior lawyers.

Opportunity to build your profile and take on increasing responsibility within the team.

The ideal candidate :

5 years PQE with exposure to Commercial and Insolvency Litigation matters (construction litigation experience is desirable but not essential).

Confidence managing files briefing counsel and running matters to hearing (with the opportunity to conduct your own advocacy if desired).

Strong drafting communication and advocacy skills.

A proactive solutionsfocused mindset and the ability to work closely with clients.
