Job description

The Theatre Bar at The End of The Wharf offers diners and event guests a relaxed bar and dining space overlooking one of Australia's most iconic views. Seating approximately 120, the venue attracts pre

and post-theatre diners as well as being a popular bar in its own right, attracting consistent patronage from the general public due to its spectacular views coupled with great food a relaxed and friendly environment.

5 mins walk to Barangaroo Metro Station.

About the role

Based at Pier 4, Dawes Point, close to the Harbour Bridge

Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control

Run your own section in a busy pre-theatre environment

Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality

Lunch and dinner shifts rotate Monday to Saturday

5 days per week

Annual salary at $75,000 plus super

Essential Requirements

Significant experience in fast paced a la carte service

Have excellent communication skills

Be passionate and open to learning new skills in the kitchen

Be punctual and reliable

Hold valid working rights

About You

A motivated chef with a passion for creating excellent dishes

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, from busy restaurant

Punctual, self-driven and autonomous, whilst being open to direction and learning

Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic

In possession of a valid Australian working visa
