Job descriptionAbout the Culture About the Role Provide on-site guidance and assistance to customers during treatment, maximizing efficiency and usage Educate / train customers on the use of products and services Field customer questions / requests : Investigate and resolve issues consistent with established policies and procedures Effectively communicate with customers to understand problems and adequately troubleshoot issues Perform routine calibrations and preventative maintenance Deliver high level customer service Read, analyze, interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams Instruct customers and staff in proper use of the equipment About You Biomedical Engineering degree or equivalent clinical based experience Full Australian drivers license and willingness to travel Excellent written and verbal communication Developed time management and organisation skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of team Willingness to learn and continually develop product and technical knowledge Recent biomedical graduates or Theatre nurses with 1-3 years experience are encouraged to apply Job Type Full-time, Permanent Package 70-80K base + Super + 18k Car Allowance plus fuel card + Bonus and WFH allowances Location : Sydney Working Hours Monday to Friday (flexibility required based on business needs) Austcorp Medical Device team has been providing recruitment solutions to the Medical Device and Biotechnology sector for 20 years in Australia and New Zealand._ We specialise in placing top talent in roles such as Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operational Support, Quality and Regulatory Affairs._
