These operations comprise several locations where we employ maintenance managers, contract administration and trades employees to deliver services at village locations across the region.

You will be responsible for overseeing a region that today includes 04 primary sites, along with additional sites expected as the business continues to grow.

Each site is managed by a Site Leader who will report directly to you.Reporting to the Senior Regional Operations Manager, the focus of your role will be to : Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with external and internal clients, responsible commercially to ensure we deliver to budget and achieve the expected marginsEnsure the portfolio achieves the financial targets and contract KPIs.

In addition, the role ensures service delivery excellence through innovation and continuous improvement.Provide leadership and management oversight of all services, performance monitoring, reporting and asset management for the achievement of business objectivesPromotes and supports Our Safety Culture framework and enables attraction, development and retention of the best talent in the industryThe role will be based in Brisbane but will be required to travel to sites frequently to develop strong relationships with site teams our clients and employees.The PersonTo be successful in this role you must have excellent attention to detail, experience in understanding and meeting client needs, navigating policies and procedures, and inspiring a team of leadersProven years of industry (Facilities, Project, or Asset Management)5+ years' experience in a leadership position having led Client growth strategies in project management servicesPrevious experience managing a revenue >

10m and be responsible for budgets and managing of those contracts.Experienced in contract management, supporting contracts from transition through to the development of contract specific management plans and reportingYour previous experience ideally comes from a facilities management background, however any experience from sectors such as construction, hospitality, or project services are also highly regardedWe value experience from different lenses that enrich our approach to service delivery and employee engagementThe BenefitsWorking with a large global company means you can be assured that we have an attractive benefits program!
