As Operations Manager, you will be based on site with a high performing centre management team. You will ensure compliance, OHS and tenant relations are at the forefront of mind.
To be considered for the role, you must have previous demonstrable experience in an operations and facilities role, ideally within a retail property environment, understanding compliance and risk associated with the position. Technical qualifications would be desirable, coupled with exemplary people skills, with a vision to lead and inspire.
