The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated, skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team partnering with Coles Supermarkets . You’ll be responsible for scheduled and proactive refrigerant leak detection, to keep the sites operating safely and efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Communicate effectively and build strong on-site working relationshipsComplete leak testing reports to identify and describe all leaks foundCapture all time associated with day-to-day activities using company supplied platformsBe willing to undertake short courses and e-learning content to better understand the operation of refrigeration and air conditioning systemsBe willing to be provided on the job training and ongoing development by licensed RHVAC technicians to improve effectiveness of leak testing outcomesTo be considered for this role you will :
Proven hands-on mechanical, maintenance or trade experienceExperience working within Refrigeration, HVAC, Appliance, Electrotechnology, Hydraulic or Building / Facilities Management industriesAbility to utilise smart phoneCompetency to undertake semi-skilled work under limited supervisionMechanically minded, safety-focused and solution-drivenCurrent Australian driver’s licence and own transportThe position requires the successful candidate to conduct a pre-employment medicalCity is an Equal Opportunity Employer who supports and encourages the diverse needs of each individual Team Member.
