General Manager - Professional Services - Recruitment Logistics Administrator Western Sydney Location Onsite Parking $33+ per hour potential for ongoing / perm About the company A leading Distributor, is seeking a Customer Service and Administration professional with 3PL experience to join their team. This role is based in Smithfield until early / mid 2025 and will then be relocating to Erskine Park. Thorough training will be provided and the training hours will be 8 : 00am to 4 : 00pm. Once the training period is complete the standard hours will be 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm Monday to Friday.

About the role Duties will include but not be limited to : Processing customer orders in the system Booking carriers to collect goods from depot through carriers portals Collating delivery paperwork for orders Answering phone calls from our customers Responding to customer enquiries - via phone and / or email Facilitating drivers that arrive to site, creating inwards, providing collection paperwork PODing / checking off runsheets Admin checking of Inwards About you To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following : Previous experience in a similar role The willingness to be reliable, punctual and committed 3PL administration experience is advantageous What's next Interested in hearing more about this opportunity, please apply now with a resume (word format) via the link.
