And now, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, organised and driven Logistics Administrator with hawk eye attention detail to join our faced paced Warehouse team! This role is based at our Homebush Distribution Centre, and is full-time, Monday to Friday.
- The Role
As a Logistics Administrator, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of a range of administrative duties across all touch points of the Warehouse. Our Warehouse is the heart of our business, and we require someone who is passionate about continuous improvement, problem solving, and has immaculate attention to detail and organisation skills.
You will be responsible for a range of duties, some of which include :
- General office duties including ordering stationery, managing employee welfare provisions, and organising cleaning contractors etc
- Management of PSR (Problem Stock Reporting), and working through any discrepancies with the Buying, Merch and Finance Departments
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Buying, Merchandising, Customer Service, Payroll & HR
- Liaise with external stakeholders including Australia Post, reconciling pallet accounts, and other logistics providers
- Invoice reconciliation
- Stock adjustments and variance corrections
- Investigate stock discrepancies and execute stock adjustments
- Data entry and analysis of reporting as required
- Management of recruitment process for the Warehouse, including shortlisting, interviewing, and organising onboarding for new starters
- Management of team rosters and reviewing teams clocking times (T&A), ensuring they are synonymous
- Generate weekly / monthly warehouse reports as needed, including team member KPI results etc
- Assist with receipting deliveries into the ERP system
- Provide updates to retail team regarding the status of their orders
- Contribute to the implementation of new work practices and participate in Risk Assessment and Safe Work development
- Manage and execute day-to-day administration issues relating to the Warehouse and logistics of stock, as per DC management directive
- Any other ad hoc as per requested

A bit about you
- Previous experience working in an Administrative role within the Logistics or Inventory Control field is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and are proficient in the Microsoft Suite
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables etc)
- Previous experience with Data Entry, reporting and taking minutes
- Previous experience working with a WMS preferred, but not essential
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to self-motivate and self-manage workload
