THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Groundskeeper / gardener to join our small, dedicated team. This is a full-time salaried position offering autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to work on a variety of sites. You'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the landscaping and grounds of our properties ensuring they remain safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Key responsibilities would include :

Perform groundskeeping and gardening duties across multiple residential, commercial, and retail sites in Perth and surrounds.Proactively maintain and schedule improvements to lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces, ensuring high standards of presentation.Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools (vehicle and equipment provided).Undertake irrigation and reticulation system maintenance and repairs.Occasionally assist in regional native revegetation initiatives.Collaborate with the maintenance team as needed to support general property upkeep.ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is :

Experienced, knowledgeable and passionate about gardening and grounds maintenance.Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.Possessing horticultural qualifications and / or experience (preferred but not essential).Experienced in water and reticulation systems (an advantage).Open to occasional regional travel to support special projects.WHAT WE CAN OFFER
