Overview The host or hostess is the first impression of Masa & Agave, responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by anticipating their needs.

Responsibilities Greet guests, offer seating options, escort them to their table, and present menus. Maintain the log book for shift communication and management coordination. Ensure proper dining room setup. Manage reservations and special functions. Adhere to attendance policies and be available to work regularly. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Understand guest requests, reservations, and promotional materials. Recall and promote menu items. Move efficiently in a crowded room, with or without accommodations. Handle customer concerns politely and proactively. Build effective working relationships. Communicate effectively with all audiences.
