Coordinator - Logistics

Perth Role Airport Based.

The Role

As a Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the supply chain of life support goods to Barrow Island ensuring full compliance with quarantine safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail excellent communication and a commitment to Our Safety Culture.

The Person :

• Coordinate movement and distribution of supplies for the Gorgon Project.
• Plan schedule and track inbound / outbound shipments.
• Ensure compliance with quarantine and safety standards including Dangerous Goods handling.
• Conduct inspections and complete logistics documentation.
• Perform 3-way matching of goods stocktaking and data entry into Compass systems.
• Maintain clean food-safe and quarantine-compliant workspaces.
• Support team training and uphold high service standards.
