Your role at St John of God
Reporting to the Manager Corporate Services & Finance, the Finance Analyst role is a varied role, tasked in driving financial performance across our service delivery centres and specialist services in WA & Victoria. Primarily, the Finance Analyst will build strong finance business partnerships, and work collaboratively with the management team to deliver in-depth business and financial analysis, and present data driven insights and recommendations. The role is based at our Head Office located in Osborne Park.
The Position :
Essential requirements- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.- Degree qualified, together with CA / CPA qualification.- Ability to quickly grasp and understand customer needs to deliver their requirements.- Experience in delivering budgets and forecasts within a large and complex organisation.- Proven stakeholder management, communication and inter personal skills.- A positive and flexible can do attitude with the ability to handle multiple activities.- Practical and creative approaches to providing analysis and problem solving.- Strong technical skills with the ability to extract, understand and use data, analyses management information and provide insight to enable fact based decisions.- Strong computer skills.
