Job descriptionOther duties include Conduct and manage feasibility modelling and financial reporting for acquisitions and development projects. Deliver financial analysis throughout the development lifecycle. Preparation of investment and Board reports including budget and variance analysis. Process improvements. About you Tertiary education in a Property or Finance discipline Previous experience in report writing, research and / or analysis in a property environment Experience in / knowledge around commercial developments. Exceptional communications skills Highly presentable with strong stakeholder engagement abilities Excellent content writing skills Highly numerate Intermediate / Advanced use of Excel Experience using Forbury highly desirable Experience using MRI highly desirable About the client

Undertake and deliver feasibility modelling, analysis, financial reporting and risk analysis on development projects and transactions.
