Are you passionate about creating joyful experiences and being part of a dynamic team? Inflatable World is currently seeking an enthusiastic, bubbly individual to join us at our renowned indoor inflatable playground!

Location : 37 Hinkler Ave, Rutherford NSW

Responsibilities : Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

Supervise and ensure the safety of customers while they enjoy our inflatable attractions

Leadership of our Junior Staff members

Assist with the setup and takedown of equipment for events and parties

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility

Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system

Provide information about our services and promotions to guests

Follow company policies and procedures

Deliver friendly, professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email

Handle bookings, and general enquiries

What we are Looking For : Previous leadership experience

Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an asset, but not required

Working with Children check (or willing to obtain)

A bubbly, energetic personality with a positive, can-do attitude

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Experience in a similar role is a bonus!
