The Patient and Family Liaison Service supports patients and families to provide feedback about the services provided by the Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospitals Group (FSFHG). The Service helps consumers share their feedback, provide support, advocacy and information about their rights and responsibilities.
We are currently looking for Patient and Family Liaison Officers to join our team. In this role you will conduct patient liaison and advocacy service to assist consumers and carers to provide feedback, access hospital services and resolve complaints. You will also provide education and training in patient liaison, feedback management, and patient rights and responsibilities. The team works across both sites at Fiona Stanley Hospital and Fremantle Hospital.
