Location

Tantula Rise is a 120 Bed Residential Aged Care Home located in Alexandra Headland on the Sunshine Coast.

The role

Ideally suited to passionate individuals with a Certificate III (Individual Support / Aged Care) you will work across a group of residents and their families to ensure they experience exceptional resident care.

• A frontline advocate for a group of residents. You will take ownership of residents wellbeing and care by maintaining a schedule of check-ins to ensure all their needs are met.
• To be the day-to-day relationship link for families keeping them up to date with the care and wellbeing needs of the resident.
• Build strong and inclusive relationships by communicating effectively with residents families and staff team members.
