Sublime Care is looking for an additional Physiotherapist to join our team in the Newcastle / Hunter area, and we are keen to meet you!
In the past 3 months, our Allied Health Team has grown rapidly from 8 to 16 members, with another 4 joining us by the end of June. We provide person-centred and holistic support services tailored to help participants live safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control.
What We Are Looking For At least 1 year of experience in the field and registration with AHPRA Experience in CHSP or NDIS Experience with outcome measures : DEMMI, PMS, TUG, 6mwt, VAS Experience in delivering services to geriatric and adult patients Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Aged Care experience is preferred but not essential Driver's license and access to a vehicle with comprehensive insurance COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum of 2 doses) What We Offer Salary range $85,000-$110,000, dependent on experience + super In-house supervision provided by our Senior Physiotherapist with 10 years of experience 67% KPI case load Paid above award salary Travel to clients within the local area only Autonomy to build your case load based on your skill set Flexible working conditions - Monday to Friday operating hours Hybrid role with WFH options Access to company pool vehicles Tech-savvy company : Laptop and mobile provided How To Apply Submit a current resume along with a cover letter addressed to Hannah England.
