- About the role
You can work remotely from Perth, Subiaco but the position is to work for the Darwin Office.

- About you
- A desire to progress your career and help continue to drive excellence amongst your team
- A passion for what you do and working in a highly collaborative team environment
- 3-7 years of Civil design experience
- Experience with 12D software, preferably within the land development sector
- Knowledge of construction methods and their impact on design
- Ability and desire to prepare designs that are innovative and to a high standard
- Experience in liaising with other engineering professionals
- Ability to think and solve problems
- Good communication skills across all parties and maintain relationships at different levels within client organisations
- Must have full working rights to work in Australia.
- What you will be responsible for
- You will report to the Associate Director - Civil.
- The purpose of the role is to be responsible for undertaking varied engineering design tasks as part of a project team successfully delivering to their clients' requirements.
- This role will also be responsible for achieving technical and project management outcomes under the mentorship of senior staff, while working collaboratively and providing mentorship for emerging graduates and draftspersons.
- About the Team
The Darwin Team focuses on the design of projects that deliver to their clients' requirements and that make a positive difference to the community at large. The Civil Team in Darwin is currently delivering some of the biggest land development projects in Darwin, along with many exciting infrastructure projects with plenty of opportunities arising week on week.
Some of these projects include :
- Darwin International Airport design for new access and entry arrangements for the airport
- Zuccoli Aspire one of the largest land development projects in Darwin including subdivision works (detailed design, contract administration and certification)
- Port Keats Road upgrade - a 46km road to improve flood immunity, access and safety to the remote community of Wadeye
- Various remote crossing upgrades throughout the Territory
