About the role

Cascades Stone Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Stonemason to join our team in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. This is a full-time position that will involve the fabrication and installation of high-quality stone products for residential and commercial projects.

What you'll be doing Fabricating and installing natural stone products such as benchtops, vanities, fireplaces and other architectural featuresReading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure accurate cutting, shaping and finishing of stone materialsPerforming precise measurements and templating to guarantee a perfect fit for each installationLiaising with clients, designers and construction teams to coordinate project timelines and requirementsMaintaining a safe and organised work environment, following all health and safety protocolsProviding guidance and training to junior stonemasons as requiredWhat we're looking for Formal qualifications in stonemasonry or a related tradeMinimum 3 years' experience working as a stonemason, preferably in a similar fabrication and installation roleExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to achieve high-quality finishesProficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specificationsStrong communication and customer service skills to liaise effectively with clients and project teamsA team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environmentA commitment to workplace health and safetyWhat we offer
