Fully supportive team with 3 GP's, and 2 nurses (expanding with demand). Best Practice software for streamlined operations. Strong focus on optimizing GP income through health assessments, care plans, and MMR services. Extensive aged care facilities nearby, with over 300 patients ready for GP care. Opportunities to develop special interests, including aged care and herbal medicine (medicinal cannabis). Pathology onsite and pharmacy next door. Ample parking next door for convenience. Located in a bustling tourist hotspot with a mix of elderly patients and diverse cases. Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM. No weekends or after-hours required.

- Billing : Mixed billing practice; bulk billing for pensions, under 16s, and over 65s.
