With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are now seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their expert team and contribute to the ongoing success of their projects.
The Role
- Contribute to site meetings and work collaboratively with upper management to ensure
- Manage the engineer team assisting setting out individual responsibilities, assistance with development and ensuring overall team performance
- Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management
- Review project documents including estimates, design drawing, proposals and contracts per management in delivering structural and fitout components of a large multi-billion dollar development.
- Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout.
Experience / Qualifications Required
A stable track record of delivering projects in commercial construction in a management role (minimum of 5 years)A trade or tertiary qualification in constructionStrong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.Experience in managing large teams in a Tier 2 major project environmentCompliance with legislative and policy requirementsExperience In education, defence, retail, mulitres and industrial all highly regardedStrong tenure is a mustWhats on offer
