We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Float Lead Educator to join our team at Guardian Pimpama , supporting our 2–5-year-old learning environments. This role is all about variety, collaboration, and development. You’ll work alongside and support our Lead Educators, stepping in to lead a room when the Lead Educator is on leave, and offering hands-on support with programming and planning all while building on experience as a Lead across multiple age gorups!

This is the perfect launchpad for someone ready to grow into a full-time Lead Educator role or explore leadership without being tied to one room. It’s a supportive, skill-building opportunity where you’ll gain the experience and confidence to elevate your career.
