Job description

Edinburgh International College is a registered training organisation, currently looking for enthusiastic trainer and assessors to join the team for the following prospective courses.

CPC30220 - Certificate III in Carpentry

CPC30620 - Certificate III in Painting and Decorating

CPC33020 - Certificate III in Bricklaying and Blocklaying

CPC40120 - Certificate IV in Building and Construction

CPC50220 - Diploma of Building and Construction (Building)

Job Role (will include, but is not limited to)

Ensuring a high level of training is provided to students
Supporting students in their studies
Ensuring a high level of customer service to students / clients via all means of communication (be it verbal or written)
Engage with key internal stakeholders
Build relationships with students / clients
Support implementation of new systems

Key Selection Criteria

TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent ( Happy to assist if you don't hold qualification)

Certificate III in Carpentry or Higher

Have a current driver's licence and own reliable transport

Hold a current White Card

Ability to plan and organize training, set priorities, and meet deadlines

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with students / clients and key stakeholders

Ability to work both individually and as part of a team

Good computer skills or the ability to acquire them

Ability to follow processes and procedures for online data bases (both internal and external)

25.00 - $79.00 per hour
