About The Role
The Laverton Steel Mill facilities are key assets in the Infrabuild business that provide steel products to internal Reinforcing and Wire manufacturing facilities. The Technical Trainer and Assessor will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, building and coordinating training plans, developing technical courses, delivering training, assessing competence, and administering courses / assessments.
Responsibilities include :
You are hands-on and adaptable and ideally have practical experience in a similar on-site role within a heavy industry environment. You have a strong attention to detail, are a natural people person and have an understanding of high-risk licences and safety standards.
