Job descriptionPreparing all related documents for new fleet Set up new fleet in the ERP system Manage the Fleet Maintenance Database Prepare and register pressure vessels & renewal process Equipment registration and warranties, and ensure Australian Standards Manage equipment certifications Manage purchase order process for fleet, accessories and recapitalisation of fleet Manage Databases, including contractor, suppliers, PPSR Financial functions relating to fleet management. eg. raising POs, reporting Monthly reporting of fleet related dashboards What you can expect from us A friendly, family-like atmosphere Plenty of opportunities to grow and develop A culture known for respectful interaction, ethical behaviour and integrity Potential to see your ideas realized and to make an impact New challenges and new things to learn every day Access to global job opportunities, as part of the Atlas Copco Group An excellent remuneration & benefits package - including competitive salary, annual bonus, income protection insurance and additional leave types. Atlas Copco Specialty Rental is a division within Atlas Copco's Power Technique business area. It serves customers in all industry segments around the world with temporary air, power, flow, steam and nitrogen rental solutions.
- The role
Atlas Copco Rental is seeking a committed National Rental Co-ordinator to facilitate day to day operations of the fleet management processes. This role is based in Blacktown in Sydney's western suburbs.
Reporting to the Fleet & Operations Manager, this role is pivotal to the successful flow of information and managing the systems regarding the national Fleet. Main focus of your new role is to manage the administrative activities relating to the control and management of the fleet and Rental processes including :
