A leading government agency is seeking an experienced EL1 / 2 Stakeholder Engagement Manager for a 12-month labor hire term. Extension possible.
The main responsibility of this role is to implement the stakeholder engagement program as well as provide outreach support to the engagement area and other international stakeholder activities as they arise.
Other projects include the managing the contract for the Agency quarterly magazine, leading CRM implementation and developing and implementing the new gender and social inclusion communications strategy.
This role will report directly to the Director and be part of a small busy team.
The key responsibilities of the role are the below :
Manage the stakeholder engagement campaign with a focus on commissioned organisations and other Australian organisations who may benefit from Department supported research.Regularly review existing domestic stakeholder strategy and update incorporating recommendations from current monitoring and evaluation framework project, and any new ideas and opportunities.Manage consultants to produce the quarterly magazine to a high standard and on time.Work with Director on magazine review and improvement plan.Manage CRM implementation plan with support from CIO.Develop and implement the gender and social inclusion (GESI) communications strategy.Provide support to Director, Multilateral Engagement, particularly with Department specific events.Assist Outreach team members when required, particularly during busy or peak times.Attend weekly Team meetings as well as monthly meetings.
