About the Role

As a New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for :

Identifying, targeting, and closing new business opportunities across asset managers, hedge funds, brokers, banks, and market infrastructure providersLeading the end-to-end sales cycle with a strategic, consultative approachCollaborating with internal product and marketing teams to align market positioning with customer needsBuilding a strong, visible pipeline across your territory with the ability to consistently meet and exceed targetsRepresenting the brand in client meetings, virtual demos, and industry events across the APAC regionWhat We're Looking For

A proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within FinTech, trading platforms, data solutions, or capital markets technologyDeep understanding of institutional client needs in capital markets, trading, or investment managementA consultative, intelligent, and relationship-led sales styleExperience managing complex sales cycles and senior client stakeholdersBased in Australia, with the ability to travel occasionally within APACAmbitious, self-driven, and excited by the opportunity to grow with a global firm on the riseWhy Join Us?
