Job descriptionThe exciting opportunity Provide oversight over the development and rollout of care services of around 1200 clients, with a strong focus on health & wellness delivery to clients with a mix of complex health needs Review financial performance against budgets and government funding and service agreements Assist in the review and updating of policies and procedures in accordance with best practice and continual improvement Support workforce planning and ensure demands are met in by supporting relevant HR and Recruitment teams Provide ongoing analyses of services and report to senior management of growth opportunities and business improvement strategies About You You should be hands on, compassionate, friendly, and able to develop positive relationships, motivating and influencing as needed Be a confident and visible leader, who guides their team by providing mentoring, support, and clear direction Demonstrate a clear understanding of relevant funding models with in-depth knowledge of HCP & CHSP essential Posses the ability to carry out analysis and develop structured planning What next?
