The exciting opportunityReporting to the head of Aged Care, this role will see you analyse, review, recommend and rollout business improvements within the client's community home care portfolio. The position will have three direct reports, two based regionally and one in Perth metro.
Duties can include but are not limited to :
Provide oversight over the development and rollout of care services of around 1200 clients, with a strong focus on health & wellness delivery to clients with a mix of complex health needsReview financial performance against budgets and government funding and service agreementsAssist in the review and updating of policies and procedures in accordance with best practice and continual improvementSupport workforce planning and ensure demands are met in by supporting relevant HR and Recruitment teamsProvide ongoing analyses of services and report to senior management of growth opportunities and business improvement strategiesAbout YouYou should be hands on, compassionate, friendly, and able to develop positive relationships, motivating and influencing as neededBe a confident and visible leader, who guides their team by providing mentoring, support, and clear directionDemonstrate a clear understanding of relevant funding models with in-depth knowledge of HCP & CHSP essentialPosses the ability to carry out analysis and develop structured planningWhat next?
